The following instructions will facilitate you the process of linking the dots between the Academy’s various contents (including all books, movies, exercises, meditations, articles, terminology etc.):
Regularly check the email that you have registered with. There you will be receiving daily mails including reminding notes, work directions, tasks and exercises. The idea is for you to reflect upon that information and then practically apply it. Your first reminding email will be arriving at 5 am, and the second one – at 6 pm.

Practical work as such is strictly individual, yet it is based on the principles governing the entire Universe.This is what makes Theory from Cogitality so flexible and applicable in any area, aspect or situation. The underlying essence of all work is the unique energy-informational connection between 1) any human being and 2) Everything that is – a connection that is being accomplished through the Potential’s transmutational capacity, or what we refer to as 3) Source. Within this triune whole, everyone is in the state of constant and uninterrupted interconnection with any other thing and being, as well as with the Source itself. In the process of coming to terms with, and soaking into, the state of this constant interconnection, one understands that nobody is more able, gifted, knowing or enlightened than anyone else. We are all the same Potential of unlimited capacities; therefore, it is a matter of individual choice how much of this Potential are we going to allow passing through us. Counting our blessings does not help when it is practice that counts. It is a matter of work, and not of cracking some code through some magic formula. Our individual parallel realities are ours to create. Together we can work for creating a kinder and more grateful world. A world that is woven out of love – just in our image.
We should decide on how much time of our day are we willing to dedicate to doing the practical exercises. This is crucial for properly incorporating the exercises into our daily routines until they have turned into a habit. Why developing such a routine so important? Because…
We are better off consciously practicing for 89 days and then living happily for 89 years, instead of practicing non-conscious living for 89 years, out of which we would be hoping for 89 happy days…
We need to begin getting up earlier (45-90 minutes earlier than what we are used to). After proceeding with our morning routine, we should focus on what are the relevant questions for today – these that will help us achieve our results. This means that we should create a plan including all the more important and responsible things we have our hands full with, and we should also write down our preferred outcomes. In case we have any doubts regarding the nature of the outcome or the event/obligation, we should prepare relevant questions such as: “How should I adjust myself and my attitude in order to accomplish my preferred outcome? What are my other options if I feel like I’m not there yet (lacking self-confidence)? When I receive the answers to my questions, am I willing to give up on some of the tasks I have scheduled for today, if this is what it takes to achieve my preferred outcomes?” After we have put forward our clearly formulated questions, we put our headphones on and we immerse ourselves inside the 21-minute daily meditation – inside the Source; inside the energy world. Keep in mind that we must have familiarized ourselves with the practice of meditation in advance, including all the energy elements involved in it. We should know what’s the function of each element. We relax ourselves fully and we place our focus upon our questions. We are asking our questions inside the meditation, and we are then receiving the answers, which we should practically apply afterwards.
At the end of the day, it is a good and necessary practice to reflect back and analyze which of the answers to my morning questions did I apply? Did I make any connections between the abstract passages of “You – The Source” and my everyday encounters? When did I manage to maintain my choices (i.e. keeping the promise I gave myself regarding the choice of becoming a new person who works for changing his/her parallel reality until it has turned into one more grateful and kinder of a world)?
Put together a list of all those moments in which you have diverted from your choice (the moments when you snapped, when you got angry, desperate or when you thought you were not good enough)… Make a plan for the few upcoming days. Put more emphasis on those moments in which you know you really messed up and think of how you can improve that next time around. Changing your overall parallel reality by changing your individual reactions is exactly the purpose of this exercise. Don’t do those things to the others that you don’t wish happening to yourself. Your parallel reality is a mirror reflection of yourself – if you wish for kindness, treat your entire parallel reality with some; if what you wish for is love – spread some around; if what you wish for is understanding and cooperation – begin to look for all the possible alternatives to get along with the others. You must remember that no one else can execute your plan for yourself. This is your job. Wishful thinking alone will not do the trick. It takes practice and not a prayer. As a finale to your nighttime work, it is time to immerse inside the 21-minute evening meditation and receive the answers for changing your parallel reality.
