DAILY EXERCISES

Anyone can apply the exercises provided below. You can apply them exactly as they are given, or with some slight variations and add-ons, but in any case, the idea here is to achieve the general purpose of the exercises. It is important applying the most efficient exercise, and not the one that we find to be most convenient for carrying out. But we should not be stepping into the implementation of the exercises as being some kind of fight or struggle, but we should experience them as fun activities with the clear idea in mind of becoming like the children in the process of doing so. We should be experiencing all the probable variations that we are searching for just as a little kid would – by asking ourselves the question “What would happen if?”, and by trying out all the new probabilities for as long as it takes for us to start enjoy experiencing them. There is no such thing as a universal way, method or approach. Every individual is unique in its own right, therefore everyone should find his/her own unique working approach. Even the universal and set-in-stone methods, which have been tested to work, should be applied individually, all while not forgetting to be having fun with ourselves.
